“The destiny of the world is determined less by the battles that are lost and won than by the stories it loves and believes in.” Harold Goddard
We believe strongly in the art, global significance, and power of storytelling. We in ZEKE make it our most avid tool to communicate, educate, and inspire through the creative telling of stories.
CREATIVE PERFORMING ARTS:
We have a passion to tell stories through drama along with dance and music! We love to build and create productions for family audiences, project fundraising, or advocacy. We also incorporate dramatic storytelling in all of our communication, camps, and education settings – for adults and children alike. One area of ZEKE in development is the ‘The Marshmallow Company’ specifically focused on standalone special events for children and family with strong improv flair. Our blog will continue to highlight when these stories are being told.

Curriculum:
-
God’s Story International: Christian Discipleship Curriculum - God’s story is for Christian house parents, school teachers, and church workers in at-risk environments or underdeveloped communities. It is based on telling the whole story of who God is and what He has done through the entire scope of the Bible, Genesis to Revelation. It is developed to understand the learning difficulties of teachers and children, to understand lack of resource, and provide the discipleship tools they need in the face of as many variables as possible. ‘We will not hide these truths from our children but will tell the next generation about the glorious deeds of the Lord and His strength and His wonderful works that He has done. Psalm 78:4.
-
‘Teaching Children’ Training Manual: Basics for third world children’s workers in learning styles, teaching methods, attachment principles, and more.
-
Discipling Children Training Manual: Basics for Christian children workers to help children to follow Jesus. This resource is used in conjunction with the God’s Story curriculum.
-
Hope for the Nations is on the cutting edge of development in educating children in third world countries. Rebekah, Zeke Director, will be working with the initiative of HFTN for elementary school curriculum development for the mat school project beginning in Cambodia alongside the CHO organization in Poi Pet.
CHILDREN’S BOOKS:
This project is still on the development table. We’re hoping to create books and novels that through creativity and entertainment give children a world view, sociological perspective, and teach character lessons. We’ll update when the various projects move forward.
